I have inherited a dewalt 3501 bandsaw. The saw blade keeps coming off even though I tighten it up, any ideas.I would also

Hello and welcome to the forum 
Can you give us an idea on what guides you have followed, like Snodgrass for example, gullet on camber etc.
Have you got a few blades to rule a bad blade out?
The one that came off the wheels could be damaged now.
Hand turning the wheels is a lot safer on you and your blades.
What size blades are you running?
Will it run sound without cutting?
If so... is it the same with all guides retracted to not have any influence on things.
How much deflection can you press on the blade without your finger going white.
Do so on the column side to get an idea.
That should be a start.
Sounds like a tracking issue to me, (the knob at the back of the cabinet on the upper wheel)
