got mine working again

i removed the nvr and pushed all wires on
a few minutes later ...off again
the slightest wiggle of wires and u guessed it it fired up again

the spade crimps are useless
i pinched them up..but not holding my breath


not sure whether to cut them off and start again...or a spot of solder
PITA on new equipment

I would do that, not ideal but its the easy option and then you can forget about the problem.

The thrust bearing really ought to be just a gnats nadger away from the back of the blade. The idea is that it engages if the backward stress on the blade is too great

"gnats nadger" you will never find any measuring device with this measurement on it :shock: but i'm willing to bet that the majority of people reading this will know and be able to set a bearing at this distance exactly (give or take a "cats c ock hair") :lol:
