I've got the older TS200 and have been very happy with it.
It has to be understood that this is a bit of a 'bargain basement' first table saw, but when used correctly has the potential to deliver good results.
It does have the significant advantage for many of us that it takes up little room, so fits small workshops nicely.
There are a LOT of threads here explaining and helping to set up, fettle and generally get the best out of them. Just search for TS200, there isn't much difference between the first and second versions except for an improved fence.
