I'm confussed why would we want one North of the boarder? People seem to be taking it as an insult that they don't have a store in every town. Their mail order service is excellent and all premesis do is increase overheads. Scotland on the whole is fairly remote, only 6 million people representing only 10% of the UK population spread out over a huge area. Where would you base it? Glasgow presumably because thate where the largest concentration of people are but there are already tool shops over that way and I already consider that too far to travel from Fife. So I order by post, waiting till I have enough stuff to qualify for free shipping. That way it's cheaper than driving around the corner for it.
