I posted some reviews of a clamp guide on the axminster website, I didn't give them a good review as they were a bit pants. The review box said that the review would appear soon, but that's since gone and it says there are no reviews.
It seems if you give a not so glowing review then they won't post them, which means their review system is a waste of time following.

Anyone else had reviews not posted on this site?

I've also posted negative reviews in the past. It usually takes a few days; you just need to be a little more patient. :)

Did you save a copy of the text? There might have been something in there that they could not print.

yep me as well - and ive seen others which were less than favourable - chances are that yours is just in a moderation queue and will appear in the next few days

Richard@Axminster has been good enough to PM me so they aren't that bad.
I was just wondering as I dealt with a few companies in the past (not woodwork related) who hated bad feedback even though they had no customer service at all, once they had your money that was it. Axminster do sound like they care what people think about them..
