Axminster credit notes

I got a credit note from axminster this week . First they told me by email that it would be credited to my axminster account then I also got a note through the post. I've logged into my axi account and nothing shows does anyone know how you're supposed to use credit on the website ?

Is there a code on it? Just popped something in my basket at axi and i have the option of entering a discount/voucher code?

It only shows a credit note number maybe that works in the voucher code box I will try it later cheers

hi in the email they tell you where it is going to goback to , bank or where the money came from, i got a refund and it went back to my paypal account

No all it said on the email was that the money would be credited to my axminster account and would be available to use in 1 to 2 days. Since that I also got a pink credit note through the post.

I will try the codes on the credit note if that doesn't work then I will have to just order by phone.
