Just to give everyone a heads up. Axminster have reduced the price of their Bevel box protractor.

Even with delivery its the cheapest I've seen...

Yes - I paid £22 for my Wixey a few years ago and at a Show discount!

I have just paid £22 for a Wixey with 2 batteries. A really useful tool.

I spotted the Axminster reduction but thought I'd read in another thread that the Wixey was preferred to the Axminster one (altho I can't quite believe they are not both sourced from the same place...)

I watched various debates on this type of device but I remain puzzled.
No matter how accurately you incline a TS blade it remains accurate in one plane only so a four square frame can still end up rhomboid. I don't get it!
