This comes with all the accessories from when it was new including Knock out bar, Live Centre, spur drive, tool holder, faceplate. It looks and performs like a new lathe.

Hi Fezman, I'm interested in the extension. I suspect it will also fit my Jet 1221 lathe; will have to find a way of checking. I'm away from.home presently, so can't sort it until Satuday, so if anyone else shows interest, and can call, have at it!
