Dangerous idea to use remote controls according to Peter millards recent video

Link them properly to machines with current sensors works well.

Nothing wrong with remote control sockets but you must remember to turn them off when you have finished in the workshop for the day. I had the same situation as Peter a while ago and have never left it on when I am not in the workshop since that day.

Yep, they are great even better when used in conjunction with a cyclone saves on filters, bags & doesn’t need emptying as often.

Small workshop - 40mm waste pipe & fittings, 38mm pond hose, cheapie cyclone mounted on a home-made dust collecting box - powered by a Henry. Simples.
