as far as wood goes it needs to be a hard wood - tight grain

Hi sumo
I am not sure if any one esle can but I can see the second image :) and welcome to the forum

hmm thought the whats it for might come up lol

ok - hope it doesnt put anyone off the job

its serious jewellery

you cant buy jewellery this size in england -

not for the faint hearted but yea - i have a hole in my ear 3/4 of an inch dia... i can only get metal jewellery that size

really want a 3/4 piece - i only can get 5/8 but i love organic pieces

i know its a realy odd request but if anyone can do the work [even an enthusiastic amateur - hey its a project isnt it??] id be really greatful

oh and i said im a metal man - this is what im about - i build motorbikes - specialising in vintage chops - ongoing build is a 1944 sidevalve harley engined beast - looking at turbocharging and having a whole heap of fun with it...

Where about in the UK are you?

Also, what dimensions do you want, 3/4" thick but what overall diameter.

I made by able to help depending on timescales, drop me a PM.

Simon.
