I did tend to the shed roof in a bid to stop our all too frequent horizontal rain blowing in through the ridge caps. In went some new LED battens to replace the fluorescent strip light that has caught more than its fair share of rain coming in for lord knows how long. It snapped in half to fit in the car with alarming ease... which was nice.
I made a 2"x3" mrmdf packer and rounded the edges over. Took all of 2 minutes, including unburying the router table!
I got a set of small English wheel rollers on eBay this week and they were pretty gross. Used the wadkin lathe to spin them up and polished with emery cloth. Next is to make them fit the scrap little Walker Turner bandsaw frame I have and make a mini English wheel.
Sorry Mike, should have made it clearer! Looking at them I think they might even be for jewellery or silversmithing - they are much, much smaller than a normal english wheel.
