Anyone have any reviews or experiences for the Sip 01964?

Cheapest price is £308, but no reviews anywhere. I want one with a filter.
Other options are a Rutlands one for £395

The Rutland ones seem to have better reviews than the Axi one, but Axi on paper has slightly more airflow volume (920 m³/hr compared to 850 on the Sip and 750 on the Rutlands)
Only reason I'm considering the wall mounted ones is the space, not that I can't use a floor standing one, but I don't want to if I can avoid it.
Any thoughts would be really appreciated.
