I have seen this stuff you show and it is definately a local pine, etc...a softwood. I did admire it as it seems to come in stud panel form all ready made up. Perhaps two skins with a core stud (thing?) of perhasp 50mm. Quite soft but well put together. I also admired long engineered sections of wood in the merchants made up in perhaps 10-15m long for structural use. They used tooth cutters. The other thing I noticed was they seem to cut wide boards without splits, cupping, etc. A bit scandinavian. Best wishes.
