the've never been popular in the UK.

Ive seen them quite often in France on doors though -so more of a European thing.

No I've asked them and they sent me a picture of some small cabinet ones.They do work well, are adjustable and easy to remove from the frames for fitting..

Blum do sell some anuba hinges but only in larger packs and not the same model as the ones required but may be worth a call, if you need a hundred pairs that is
