Finial made from Post-it notes soaked in resin, glazed with Superglue..... Might make some wine bottle stoppers, cupboard handles.....

Very 60's, I had a spining top that looked similar when spining but that was over fifty years ago.

Very inventive Adam & a great effect I’ve never tried using resin I read quiet a bit about it 5 or so years ago but it was very expensive at the time, is it still as expensive or has it become more affordable now it has become more wide spread.

Hi Greg, i layered it horizontally, a bit of a pain as the Post-it glue makes them curl up, i'm currently trying one vertically... They remind me of when folk turn layers of auto paint.

Thanks Doug, resin is still pretty expensive, i had a little knocking about, it's fun though so i'll be getting some more.... the only downside is the stringy waste it creates
