Anyways, started making some prototypes now. A yew bottle opener (no finish on the prototype) and some yew coasters

The christmas prezzie efforts have now taken shape!! Only one bandsaw box left to make and some finishing touches to a couple of things, but i'm pleased and will be glad to hang up my elf hat

Thanks Tyreman. My family will probably think that i think of them as alkies!! But thought a 'drinking set' would be a good shout.

My brother (the recipient of the ash-ashtray) said that its too nice to use, after all the effort of getting a copper disc in the middle to 'dab out', and even gave him 2 grooves which are bigger for his 'extracurricular' uses
