American Retro Dinning Table

Hi All

I have just discovered this forum and my first post is a plea for help!

I am looking for 3 inch, or there abouts, chrome effect fore edging for a retro dinning booth table I am making. I can get it from the USA but with shipping it is working out at about £280 for two 12 feet lenths, which is way out of my budget. Have been searching the net for a UK supplier as over hafe the cost from the USA is shipping.

Has any one on the site came across this type of material?

Any help gratefully recievied.

I am not trying to promote a web site just was giving the address so you could see what I was talking about.

Also loads of great ideas in there gallery if any members want to create a 50's retro theme. Stuff to expensive to bring to UK but it is good to get design ideas. :-$
