Thanks chems, I might treat myself to a Jet AFS 500 if I can't source a fan at a reasonable price.

It was on offer at Christmas in the Big 100. Worth it in my opinion. Easy to home mount as well. I drilled 4 holes in the top then used some threaded rod and 2 bits of 1x2 to hang it from the rafters.
