So, I've been researching this for some time and have narrowed it down to one of these, my main goals were Silent (ish) and 24L.
But out of these, I'm still not too sure. They all seem very similar, I can't find anything on the SIP-branded ones, but they just look so nice and solid, quick fitting piping looks solid etc, little things like this, get to me, it shows they care.
The Clarke seems popular and the Hyundai has loads of videos and reviews, good and bad.

Hyundai 750W 24L(HY7524)

CLARKE SHHH24/150 (2242040)

SIP DD 2HP 24 liter (SIP05478)

All links go direct to manufacture (I think) I know some of the prices are cheaper elsewhere, but I am not too worried about that, I was set on the Hyandai, then I found out about the Clarke, and then recently heard about SIP brand, completely lost now >.<

Any help would be great.

A friend has the 50L version of the Hyundai, and I was very impressed by how quiet it was - you could have a chat next to it no bother. The SIP looks almost identical tho...

What do you want it for?
Nothing particularly really, just a little bit of anything that I can, it’ll be my first compressor, I plan to have a play with anything I can get my hands on, got my shed installed other week, need to stick some insulation in it and board it out yet, nail gun be handy, bit of light spray painting too (oils/small water based surfaces), (I’ve already looked up lvlp I think it is, which would work in these ranges and “mini” guns or something

We have the 50L Hyundai, it's really nice. But as in many things, whatever you get, you may wish it was bigger - depending on what you need it for. For around the workshop generally (cleanup of metalworking tools, operating air tools etc), it's great, and it gets way more use than I thought it would.

I have the Hyundai one. It’s really quiet. It does the job, but there is one thing to keep in mind: compared to my old “standard, loud” compressor it takes longer to fill the tank. So if you need it for a high airflow application you won’t have much fun.

While the Hyundai only has one air intake, the photos of the SIP and Clarke seem to show two air intakes.

this might be worth a watch

Feel like I’ve watched that one before, even though I just watched it again :p that’s such a tiny one isn’t it! Even watched a video of a guy completely rebuild one and add extra motors was funny but I guess he wanted it to fill quicker :p

Thank you.

I bought one of these recently, 8l tank - it's excellent, quiet etc BUT the air throughput is pretty low - not a problem as I don't want anything more than a brad nailer/stapler (same one as @petermillard), air blower and tyre inflator + the odd bit of spraying. If the bigger tank Hyundai machines are as good you can't go wrong.

[I have a "thing" about Clarke/Machine Mart (same outfit) after being shafted on a couple of things in the past, and the higher prices.]

Had my Hyundai 50lt for at least 3 years now. Only issues are a short power cable and if your like me and your workshop power outlets are placed quite high on the walls it’s a bit annoying and this year the solid rubber tyre on one of the wheels split in half so I just replaced both wheels along with the rubber feet with some casters I had spare. Other than that it has more than met my requirements although to be fair, I would probably have been ok with the smallest one they do but wanted a bit of extra capacity should my requirements grow.

Hi I’ve got the 24ltr Hyundai. It’s a great little machine. Very quiet. Had it about 18 months. No issues. If I was buying again I think I’d go for the 50ltr one as the smaller one runs out of air quite quickly. If you’re thinking of using it for spraying I’d certainly go for the bigger one.

It's a slippery slope! Have you looked into how you will dry the air for spray painting with a compressor? I have a compressor, and looked at spray painting, but found it was much easier (for kitchen cabinets) to buy an electric Wagner (which doesn't use the compressor). I now use cordless for 99% of tools which would have been air-powered 20 years ago.

Did not read the need to do spraying, now you need plenty of volume in the reservoir and filtration to remove oil and moisture so it is clean and dry.
