As well as the Axminster chip extractor and the Camvac for the dusty machines, I have a home-brewed air recirculating filter...a sort of rev'd up version of the MicroClene. It shifts the air something wicked but because of this, tends not to get switched on that often as it's a bit too noisy...all that air.
However the other day as I was prepping up a load of zebrano I thought that I'd leave it on all the time. Thought no more of it until today when, again, I was prepping up some more and half way through the morning started to get a streaming nose, itchy eyes etc. Realised I'd not switched on the recirculator. Switched it on and left the workshop for a break. Made all the difference.
So...motto of the story...if you've got it, use it.
