At the present time I cannot get adobe flash 10 download using either i/e8 or Firefox.

Can you?

I try to open BBCiplayer and it says I need adobe flash 10.

My pc supplier says flash it is already installed.

Looking in add/remove programs it is there but has no volume quoted (i.e. so many MBs.) it is blank.

Any help appreciated.

I have eventually got adobe flash player 10 loaded, but it had to come from a different web site than the official adobe web page for adobe downloads.

My PC supplier and I used a software named Team View5, for those that have not come across this software it is a very effective program.

I myself open teamviewer 5 my end and get an ID number and a password which I pass over the telephone to my adviser and then he operates my PC from many miles away as if he is sitting at my computer desk doing the job insitu.

It would appear if you have this program (free) your end you could also operate my computer from your home address. (commercial needs payment) You actually see the progress in force whilst sitting at your own end and monitor changes with mouse movements also in view.

Stange coincidence - my browser (IE8, work) just forgot it had flash installed and I had to re-install it.
That worked fine from adobe.com

Why do you think it downloaded OK on your i/e8 but not mine?
