Funny you should say that. I put in an FOI to the EV to ask them what information they had on my section of brook. Absolutely FA was the reply which is why I keep asking them what level they put flood zone 3 at for my property and why they can’t answer me because that would be admitting it is just a figure plucked out of the air for which I pay double the insurance premiums than my neighbours do!
