We all had a go and I can't remember who did which ones. But it didn't all go smoothly. I got a lot to learn with this spinney business! ;)

Big thanks to John and Allen, great fun!

Very nice Wizer hooked now, what wood is the one with the golf clip?
And were do you get the kits from?
:)

Thanks Thomas. That's Snakewood with the golf club. All the kits and wood were from Turners Retreat.

nice pens wizer, like the look of them all, must get me one of thos golf clips one day.
keep up the good work lads..

Tom,

I did warn you that Allen was a Master Slope Greaser.

Nice pens. =D>
I am suffering withdrawal symptoms at the moment, I have put the lathe back in its box, I need to get some flat board stuff done. I have ordered a few different pen kits so when they arrive it will be back to the spinney stuff. :D 8)

wow, thems some nice looking pens guys. looks like someones hooked fo sure. wizer, just keep your eye on the snakwood for cracks though.
very very nice,, well done all.

The slope is getting slippier, indeed.

The missus loved them. But the she's easily pleased, clearly ;)

Tom,
looked up the wood list, Snakewood is close to the specific gravity of lignum.
So stay away from water cos it will sink. (its heavier than water)
