This is an angled conservatory frame, which is about 8 metres long. All the narrow holes will be fitted with casements, and the wide hole is a door frame on an angle. We wll be making and doors and then adding a T-piece section to allow them to join as a pair on the angled point.

The frame is made up of 12 sections, glued and screwed together in pairs only, site fixing will have to be done to complete it as it's so large. The sections are all sitting on top of a main hardwood sill and the fraes only have sub-cills rebated over the main sill. The stiles have been left long so that it can be fixed a to steel frame work.

Any questions you may have, feel free to ask me

Hi js

hmm now this is going to of interest to me , post as many pics as you can please i want to follow this one , nice work by the way .hc

Hi HC,
I wish I could post more pictures up, however the frame is now apart and in smaller double-sections for transport to site. Basically all that is left to be done, which cannot be seen by the photo is tall fixed casements to be fitted and a pair of doors with some sort of T-piece that will get more thinking about once we get round to that. I should have it all finished and ready for delivery tomorrow. I won't be fitting it myself so regret I can't post that picture. Hopefully the frame work matches the brickwork haha

This is two sections glued together, as you can see the casements are currently being fitted. At the end of today, everything is almost complete and ready to go out on site.
