3 M Abrasive paper

I am now starting to run out of my favourite abrasive paper and wondered if anyone knew where on line I could obtain some more. I did find a site once but you could only order it packs of 100 sheets of each grade at a time :shock: - a bit more that I need. The particular paper I'm after is superb -quite the best I've ever used, far superior to the Hermes stuff which I've bought occasionally. I use the 3M Hookit discs that are pretty good. I could advise on our supplier if you like.

Hi Andy, thanks for that, the stuff I'm after is a standard size abrasive paper that can be sliced up to use with a cork block, I'm not familiar with the Hookit discs, tho' if your supplier has my stuff available and could let me have say, 10 sheets or so of various grades, that would be great - Rob

Hi Rob,

I don't know if you have found a supplier for this paper yet. If not, call around to suppliers to autobody repair shops. This is a wet or dry paper that is used by auto body repair shops.

There's a chap selling them on ebay

At £4.99 seems VERY cheap as all other google saerched suppliers are over £30.00 for a 50 sheet pack. Caveat emptor
