3/8" (9.525mm) router bits shank size

I have a 1/2 Trend router and a Makita palm router which came with 1/4 & 3/8 collet adaptors plus I bought the 8mm as well.
Given that we know the thicker the shank the more stable the bits are it made sense to me in buying the 8mm collet adaptor.
However, the supplied 3/8 adaptor seems defunct now, upon searching only a few American sites have some 3/8 shank bits.
Any one here know of a source to buy 3/8 shank router bits from in the UK?

Have you tried Wealden tools? I think they have some in that size shank.
