I need it for a assembly fixture I'm designing at work, but essentially it's for a slide guide using the track from Axminster.

Ike kreg do an ajustable bar that will go into the slide track but its a bit pricey b&Q do a range of steel and aluminmin bars at a good price

I bet they're metric sizes!
