My list of woodwork projects for the year 2005, what yours?

Dovetail shoulder jig, a la D. Cohen.
Garage door security fastener.
New shooting board.
Five drawer embroidery cabinet. AlexS.
Twelve planter boxes.
Bathing pool stand for birds.
Foot Stool.
4 luthier type clamps.
Quilt stand for daughter. Worksmith Plan.
Patio trolley for another daughter.Worksmith plan.
Small knick knack box.
One jewellery box failed. (tablesaw would not cut accurate mitres)
Kitchen palette tool holder.
Two picture frames.
Thirteen drawer embroidery cabinet.
Height setter jig for table saw.

Looking forward to a productive 2006.

A two car garage with separated washroom/utility 22" x 35", well it did say garage on the plans but we all know what it was built for

Here it is before the doors were fitted and some of the down pipes not finnished.

Then after I finished I decided to up the power points from 5 to 15 and add two more 6ft florescent lights

17ft long Norm style mitresaw bench/cupboards

3ft x 3ft6in saw table extension/cupboard.

Jigs loads of them.

Learnt:
De-rusting with citric acid
Sharpening with diamond paste
Drilling and tapping holes in otherwise perfectly good ductile steel planes without going grey...
Flattening the workbench is hard work in the heat of summer
Boring a hole for a holdfast doesn't mean you've ruined your workbench

Wasted precious workshop time:
Reorganising - again
Stuffing the stock of an adjustable square
Wondering where the pencil's gone

Too much workshop stuff.

Workshop ... take down the school lockers and replace them with oak shelves cause i have it left over
Get rid of the school lockers :lol:
