Hi guys.

I often need to use a 1/4" diameter template bit and at the moment I have to use a Silverline bit as I can't seem to find any bits made by anyone else.

The Silverline bits are awful. The bearing at least and possibly the flutes are well out of concentricity in regards to the shaft.

Its not my arbour thats out as other bits cut fine and I have even clocked the Silverline bit to prove that its out.

I was wondering if anyone else uses a different brand cutter or knows where I might buy one?

Edit, its actually 1/2" cutter length I'm, not 1" :)

I have actualy managed to find a Faithfull [here]

I'm going to order a couple and give them a try. I'll let you know how I get on.

(Just for future reference, they do have a 1" cutter length version [here].
