Cheers Rob, The cutter block I wanted had an operational range of 5500-8500 rpm so well within the spindles range. The block plus rebating cutters comes out at about 128mm so again within the tables aperture. However I'm going for a smaller block which better suits the spindles speed range...

I've come to that conclusion. I'm thinking of having someone make a sleeve to fix the motor arm to a small chuck instead.

I bought a morticer (slot morticer) for the workshop, second hand. What I didn't realise was it only had one bushing for the bit. So it can hold and chisel but only one size of bit. Does anyone know where I can get bushings?
