I managed to pick up a set of Record power heavy duty skews and scrapers, second hand, just before Christmas. New to the sport (!) and have no idea what one of these tools is. In the pics, it's the one with the flat round end, with an allen bolt to remove the tip? Any thoughts appreciated.

Ciliau Aeron to be exact. Just started getting into wood turning. Have an old Record power (CL1, I think) lathe and a few chisels. Live on a smallholding and recent storms have given us a pile of wood to be cut and seasoned, so will likely need lots of advice! Martin
