    Good Evening All, update from Sedgwick, their engineer couldnt pinpoint the problem, and the chipbreakers are matched to the cutter block, the divets/dimples in the chipbreaker are cut to suit each individual block, so, as such, chipbreakeres arnt really an item that can be replaced.     Cheers Martin, im using 260mmx25mmx3mm at the moment, its worth looking into though. And the MB Machine ive never used, i assume its the same set up, but dont quote me on that.

    Hello Mike, and many thanks, it is a fixed outfeed, what i do to adjust is, remove the blade guard and stem,which gives me access to the cutter block end, and using a small screwdriver below the blade,tweak the blade to height adjust, its a bit fiddly but works, my machine is 21yrs old, so some...
