    Dum Dum...

    The maximum jail sentence is 21 years. If at the end of the sentence the person is still believed to be a risk then they get another 5 years, the only limit on the amount of times another 5 years can be given is the prisoner dying of old age. Just an odd quirk of Norwegian law. Kai
