    Sounds like you are applying too much ? I use a pump bottle to dispense it and one or two squirts then wiped into the machine bed is more than enough to have them like ice . Never had a problem spraying the work after .

    Looking at the picture , front to back , left to right . 1 tenoner block ? 2 looks good as a chamfer block but the cutter closest doesnt look quite right . 3,4 are door stops for housewives 5 whitehill block / doorstop but someone will buy it 6 looks ok but its a crap picture . 7 same as 2...

    Quite a few of those look fine to me as the block is acting as the limiter . Basicly if the cutter is the same shape as the block then its ok to just have the one set of cutters . If the block isnt the same shape then it needs another set of limiters if used in a commercial workshop .

    The roof is easier than a cut and fix pitched roof . Probably the most simple roof there is . Dont be scared about a roof , they are easy compared to other stuff .

    I do mine as square sections and make the top sash a bit wider to help take the lock and i use i mighton brush and carrier in the bottom sash .

    I normally put mine in the middle . I tried putting one at the bottom and one at the top once but it didnt work very well . It didnt work atall to be honest .

    I have one as a second spindle moulder . Ive mounted an axminster sliding table on the front of it and plan to use it for kitchen doors and smaller work . The Bursgreen does the heavy work .
