    Respirator heads up

Take the filters off, fit the mask, cover the filter holes with the palms of your hand and breathe in. If you can't it fits fine :)

    How to adapt this?

Too complicated for me I'm afraid but found a photo, uploaded it to stencilgram.com and worked from an image of that. Its rough but might do for a practice one.

    How to adapt this?

Very generous of you to say excellent  but I'll take it :) If its a line cut thing like the beetle and mini I did you effectively need to create a stencil, making sure that there are no portions unsupported, and you'd need to remove a fair bit of detail but keeping the obvious Duke...

speaker stands - sanity check please

As you have it in your sketch. The one on the back to stop the side to side tilt, the two (just for aesthetics you could use one central one) front to back to prevent tilting forward. you could also of course use a bit of the 2x2 at 45 degrees instead if that looks better. As a thought you could...

speaker stands - sanity check please

If they're effectively constrained between wall and desk then yes, a bit of 2x2 will be man enough to hold your 15kg and a simple half diamond on the rear and two triangles on sides from something rigid like ply or mdf support the top and bottom plates (if you don't have the brackets in your...

speaker stands - sanity check please

IMHO They will be highly unstable and susceptible to being knocked over, especially with 15 kg on top. And they look really (too?) tall. Ideally a speaker stand will have lots of mass and put the tweeter at around eye level when sitting in your chair. Make the centre section of your stand a...

    I hate painting . . . . but

I would imagine that setup would cover all eventualities that you may need but afraid I can't offer any advice as the badger is the entire sum of my experience with airbrushes.

    I hate painting . . . . but

Yep. With this cheap set, the pots have separate lids, so if you get a few extra you can leave the paint in the pot and replace the screw cap, and just use another for the cleaning. Again because of the basic design there are no needles or jets to worry about*, so just a quick shake and squirt...

    I hate painting . . . . but

Mine is about as cheap as one gets, around 25 quid for the 'set'. It comes with a little aerosol propellant and fitting so you can use it without a compressor, but they do not last long, so I just bought a separate adaptor for about 3 quid and run it from my mickey mouse lidl compressor. It...
