    Have had one of these installed for a client and on that particular model the rings only got hot if a pan was on them not if you put your hand there. Don't know if they are all like that. Dom

    Agreed, I believe to get efficient air filtration you would need a more powerful extractor at the end of that pipe or a motor closer to the filter. You could compare it to sucking through a starw wich has an eigth diameter hole and one that has a three inch hole. Dom

    Couldn't agree more I've had that option for several months and only had a little trouble in the first week, but as soon as I got rid of Mcassfee and Norton and took Argee's advice on security it's worked beautifully. Touch wood, damn anyone got a piece of wood. Dom
