Hi JJ, might I suggest that you cut your rebates before cutting mitres, that way there's less chance of the timber splintering on delicate mitres when you use the router and also less chance of tipping the wood when routing. Dom

Cannot find the post on citric acid for cleaning rust. I have obtained citric acid in powdered form but have no idea how to dilute it or what to do with it once diluted. Any advice would be appreciated as I have been given a batch of rusty router bits which look as if they've had little use. Dom
