Judging by what you want to do BB I think the tablesaw.
In my opinion you can cut tenons on the TS probably more accurately than a bandsaw, possibly not as safely but not what I would call highly dangerous.

A good plumbers supplier will provide you with a 12' length of pipe( can't remember the correct name) when cut in half there will already be a thread at each end which is all you need.

Agreed Alan it would be an excellent opportunity to practise joint making even mitred tenons.
But as JFC said and OP asked
I think that if OP is intending to make say twenty brackets he may well give up woodworking forever
