    Monitor Problems

Mines a Iiyama Prolite E380S (black) and i've had it 'bout 3 years now. Very good monitors, I cant fault them. Don't know if they're still available or not but they are excellent quality IMHO. http://www.new-monitors.co.uk/productlist.asp?producttypeID=47 I think this is the latest...

    Converting logs - unusual wood

Welcome Miles. Well, I have a bandsaw but i dont think it will cut your wood, i'm afraid. It's only a Lecky Becky 315 so it might not have the capacity. If Waka got his cut at TP, there's a branch here in Peterborough but I dont know if they offer this service. There's also a timber merchant...

    Buying machines and 'stuff'

Can anybody help. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any companies that will sell tools/machines etc. on finance deals or 'interest free' thingies as you would, say a car or a new telly. Maybe i'm on my own but i would be quite happy to take on a 4 year finance option for a couple of grands...

    Screwfix - Aaaaaaaaaaaargh

I noticed the other day that Neil was getting close and it prompted me to thinking.. I wonder what the next 'level', if you like, of experience makes you. i.e. when you hit 50 posts you progress from woodworker to furniture maker. So I thought maybe at 500 posts it may upgrade you again, but no...
