3HP compressor (for spraying) keeps blowing 13A fuse - help?

Gidon, if you don't want the hassle of installing a fixed 16 or 20 amp supply, then i'd say try to get Axminster to swap it for a 2hp which should run on a standard 13amp outlet. Fault or no fault with the compressor, a three horse one will draw too much on start up for a 13amp outlet really...

    Jet parallel clamps ?

Hi, How comes nobody ever mentions the Gross Stabil parallel clamps. I have quite a few and while they compare to the k-bodies in price, I believe that they are far superior to them. The cast iron mechanism means you can clamp up with the pressure of true sash clamps when nessesary. cheers, jon.

Help...need to replace table saw motor

Hello Nick, If the saw is still within the warranty period, then they will replace the whole saw. I've had a few dealings with rexon and their customer service is exellent, even sending out to me free parts just after a phone call to them. If warranty has expired, I think it would be just as...

    Sealing air lines

I would re-check the thread sizes, i've never had any leaks after sealing with ptfe tape and it should be the right thing for the job in hand. It is the threads that are leaking isn't it? jon.

Has anyone converted a T/S to accept dado blades

If you are asking the question because you are wanting to use your saw with a dado blade, then i'm almost certain you wont be able to buy one to fit your saw. The best thing to do would be to take out the saw arbor and any good toolroom machine shop will easily be able to replicate the arbor but...

Has anyone converted a T/S to accept dado blades

Thanks for the reply Lee. You must have had the proper 50hz motor fitted by delta then. So at least now I know you can get hold of a 50hz motor from the US. Mind you, I bet they charge a few bob for em. cheers anyway, jon.

With regards to the Dado blade, Let's say for example, you cut your fingers off while using one. Who, when and where would this mysterious dado doctor come from and banish you to the place of devilish Dado users!!!! jon.
