great looking piece really like the finish

hi has anybody out there repainted a union graduate my graduate could benefit from a repaint / tidy up before i fit the new motor and electrics i am looking for some advice on a suitable paint to use to give a good result fron hand painting cheers paul

at £50 its a bargain i paid £225 and thought i had a bargain and convert to variable speed

i too have been enticed to adapt my union graduate - looked at haydock converters but didnt like the large box control unit mounted on the outboard tool rest - ended up speaking to newton tesla in warrington who just happened to be making a plate control to replace the original stop start switch...

ray jones has dvds and plans about spindle turning and making chairs he says to make any furniture you use spindle turning will try to find out where he sells them hope this helps cheers
