Interesting - my Rutlands ones are 98mm... they don’t appear to be the current size. Perhaps you could take a look at the back of this and see if you think they’ll match? Thickness is 7mm

Re bandsaws - I’m on the hunt too. Stock is a bit of a challenge everywhere. The Laguna 14bx and 14/12 are at the top of my list (need to resaw to about 300mm) and the Record Sabre 450 is up there too... But stock is the issue. Can’t find any of those in stock anywhere.

This bandsaw is on my shopping list. Looking forward to your full impressions once you’ve had chance. I’m particularly interested in cutting veneers, so ripping capability on thick timber is crucial for me.

I had the same problem when I inherited a jubilee earlier this year. I have a 1” x 10tpi thread. I bought an adapter from Charnwood that makes the thread M33 x 3.5mm and then put an Axminster SK114 chuck on it. Charnwood are currently out of stock, but these guys have one...

I absolutely love it. I have a big tool tote that I made that sits across the two bearers. That holds lots of tools and niknaks and collects shavings. I don’t clamp through the split that often, but when I need to, I really really need to! It wasn’t the easiest job to get the two parts...

My bench is very similar - Including the lack of through tenons, and no apron. My split in the top is a bit wider, but otherwise it’s very familiar. Can’t say I’ve had any problems at all with racking, nor wobbling. I made mine capable of being disassembled for removal in case we move house...
