If you visit anywhere that makes hydraulic lines they can usually make something like that for you, and far cheaper than the stealer price.

And if it is a smooth v belt then replace with a notched type. If you are replacing the belt anyway then gripping the belt together as near to the pulley as you can with mole grips will often provide enough grip to undo the nut.
