    Attic robes

Yes Olly, it is. My biggest problem with it is delivery as it costs me almost £20! Their paint is brilliant though.

    Attic robes

Finally got these painted today. I will have to re spray one of the doors as it picked up quite a bit of dust! Hope to get them fitted later next week. There's a lot of bits!

    Attic robes

I will have to concentrate more as I thought I was getting on well with these until I put the doors in place!  Did you spot the mistake? The two top doors are out of line with the lower ones! Doh! I had taken the measurement from the horizontal section on top. Although...

    Canopy (Fitted)

Thanks guys. The gate was bought in! I am surprised they didn't ask me to make one for them....oh well....might get one to make in the future as that one is pants. It was the customers choice to have the square frame and curved gate?? now't so strange as folk!

    Very proud Dad!

We did have a good laugh at the name of the village Dave. Peter, (my lad) found it very amusing. He said all he could think of was the movie 'Dumb and dumber' :D

    Canopy (Fitted)

I delivered the canopy today and gave them a hand erect it, just so I could get some shots of it in place. I think it looks quite nice and the builder will take some shots for me once it is tiled. Pity about the square top to the gate opening, (or the curved top to the gate) which I think spoils...

    Will engine oil rot wood?

Used to do that for fence posts years ago...and they are still standing so I think it works ok.

    Attic robes

After getting the attic drawer units ready for fitting I made a start on the wardrobes for the same room. I started these on Tuesday and had a bad day on them on Wednesday....(Don't even go there) I got on with them today in between getting my lads car on the road. Well today was...

    Very proud Dad!

Thanks guys. Well I have just waved him off on his way with his car loaded with luggage and armed with a sat nav. I did spend most of the day running around to get his car on the road as it had been stood in the garage for the last three years. No Rick, the company is called Global...

    Very proud Dad!

Well today I spent the day in Leicester at my sons Graduation. He has also just secured a job with a software company near Winchester. I don't suppose I need to tell you how proud I am of him gaining a first in the Bachelors degree class. :D Here is the star of my eye.

Another day or two and it'll all be over...

I am also with you Phil, I hate football with a passion! I was under the impression sky had all the rights to show it now but it seems not. Mind you for the amount of fresh TV we get they will probably repeat it next week all over again like they do all the other programmes. Give...

Fitting a plate rack wall unit

Plate rack looks good. I only use screws and plugs on jobs like that and had no problems with them. As for the photo posting I thought this was one of the easiest forums to post on. What problems are you having posting them? I just use photo bucket and copy the link and paste it on here...

    Magazine rack

Well not quite a magazine rack as it will hold patterns for sewing and embroidery. If you remember last year I built a set of cabinets for a hobby room in AWO and the customer has had me back a few times for more work. I am in the process of building another pelmet for them and was also asked to...

    More Makita mayhem!

Well Johnny, I have never mistreated the Makita drill/drivers. I can state they have never been dropped, bashed, or abused in any way. Ok They did get a bit of over spray on them but that is about it. One of mine is also the anniversary version in the ally case and was the first Li ion one I...
