Well it looks half decent and there was about 1 1/2" spring back which isn't too bad as it will be flexed into place and that should hold it in place. :D

Started a small job today, a curved plinth for a shower tray. It makes a change to get something out of the ordinary as I have just been boxing pipes in over the past few days. :D It is constructed in MRMDF and will be painted white to match the shower tray. :D

Yes, on the underside of the jig there is an edge that runs the length of the jig and keeps the timber square to the jig. This then also doubles as a spelch block as does the one at the front which butts up against the end of the timber. HTH. :wink:

Hi Pete. Yes according to the building and planning man it is 4m max height and only 1 mtr from boundry. The summer house is 3.2 mtrs high and is now 1.5 mtrs from the boundry. I returned to the job today to get the door trims fitted to make sure it was watertight. I have had to order the handles as no one in town had any stainless steel ones in stock. :roll: My own fault I should have ordered them earlier. I will get them fitted next week. :D

Thanks Robo. Well I am almost there and just need to add the door trims and handles. Glad to say the customer is very happy with it and even the electrician was impressed. :D Will be returning tomorrow to finish off the snagging and receive a cheque. :D
