Old, you're a star, thanks ever so much for the info, but when you say the machine tells you if it gets to much, I shall be working with Oak most of the time, so in your opinion would it cut well on 1mm, 2mm, or 3mm. Or don't you think its up to the job.

Just about to buy this tool and was wondering whether anyone could offer a word of advice, good or bad. With only 1100w I wonder if its up to the job.
