I use a pizzi glue roller as Mailee says. Its a very quick way to put an even film of glue on a panel. a couple of panels just been glued Alan says there over £100 now which i can believe but worth every penny if you do a lot of veneering or laminating. Cheers Jon

Could you rout with your pattern halfway through and then use a 1/2 inch btm bearing guided cutter from the other side running on what you have first cut to complete the cut? cheers Jon

11 metres of 4x4 ash for £27 doesnt sound right. If it is can i have the name of the timber yard. A square metre would be 10.76 cubic ft but it would be 12 inches thick. The square metre pricing seems a bit odd to me cheers Jon

Hi Dave i didnt turn the legs myself but i glued up the blanks and had them turned on a big computer controlled copy lathe locally. I can see what you mean about the worktop which is corian as it hasn't come across that great in the photos it looks better in real life. cheers Jon
