    US Election November 5th

Nobody proposes "equal wealth". Rather a steady flow of redistribution much like we have now, but more so as and when necessary. There is no divine right to excess wealth. Even if possible why on earth would it demotivate people looking for progress? Quite the opposite - it could liberate people...

Potential sites for new mega-solar farms

Back to solar farms, a view from Australia. "Net Zero Pitfalls" This quote from Australian engineer John Cadogan is pretty good at calling out this craziness. "Saving the planet one $A80,000 two ton EV at a time is a patently absurd concept to anyone with a basic grasp of bare-knuckle...

It's probably in better condition than most. Clean it up - a bit of crud on the sole - sharpen it and use it. is quite good.

    Durable exterior paint recommendations

Armstead or Johnson's Pliolite for the masonry. Oil based is easier to use and lasts much better than any water based paint, especially if you can't guarantee the weather - it can pee down 10 to15 minutes after you've used it and it'll be OK. Expensive but worth it.

It's thought that one person in twenty here hasn't the father they they had, and one in ten in the U.S.

    Circular saw guide advice please....

A zero clearance fence is worth making - often it's difficult to fix a fence to the left of the saw as there isn't much clearance under it and the clamps at both ends get in the way. If the fence is fixed to the right of the saw there's nothing to support it - even if taking of an inch or two...

    No Fault Evictions

Landlords are selling up over fears Labour is plotting a capital gains tax raid that could add thousands to their bills. The number of new landlords instructing estate agents across the country fell 16pc in the three months to July, but in some areas the drop was much more stark. In East...

    US Election November 5th

I don't know too much about the American system other than it's obviously fairer than ours. That we can be governed by a Party which one person in five voted for is a bad joke.
