I think I figured out the tracking issue, tighten one side and run the conveyor, the belt will move towards the slack slide. Keep adjusting the slack side until it settles and then nip up both sides equally. You have to run it for about 5 mins or more to see any movement as you are getting...

They are not the best instructions in the world, ten or more different languages and very small print which is difficult for me to read for me.

As far as I am aware the only depth control is by means of a large screw, 6mm appx which you can adjust. I'll take another look tomorrow. J
