Solid oak drawer front advice please

I'm in the middle of making a drawer unit, which will have 3 drawers in it. The drawers will be drawer boxes, with a false front screwed on made of solid oak. The height (as you look at them) of each front will be approx 10". I think I will need to joint the oak to stop potential problems of...

suitable drawer runner for larder unit?

Thanks for all the replies as always. The only runner I've been able to find at the moment is from hettich, at a cost of around £100 + vat, but I really like the idea of Sawdust Maker's so will have a go at that.

suitable drawer runner for larder unit?

Have looked at woodfit and hafele but can't find anything suitable. They only seem to sell the full set up with the chrome baskets and rails etc. I'm just after the runner set as I want to make it out of wood. The space its going into is only 150 mm wide and 1800 high, so I think it will be used...

suitable drawer runner for larder unit?

Would this drawer runner (screwfix, code 55282) be suitable as a top and bottom runner for a pull out larder unit I'm building. One of the pair would be fixed to the bottom of the unit and the other fixed to the top. I'm concerned that they are designed to be side fixing runners and the weight...

    Nail gun help... anyone?

My local tool store has been selling the arrow et100 gun for around £10. I purchased it to do one job, using the 15mm brads into mrmdf and it did it fine. I don't have any experience with nail guns but at the price it was silly not to have a go

    TS-200 with a router table + incra

I've got the same set up as you, with the incra fence and the ts200 saw, but I've put the router plate and the table saw the other way round to you. I've no problem using the incra fence as the fence for the saw

    Radiator Cabinets

The only problem with radiator covers are when you have thermostatic radiator valves fitted to the radiators. The covers tend to stop the valves working properly.

    price promise guarantees

Today has been the second time in a month that I've tried to use the price promise the retail stores advertise in large letters to get you through the door. The first was in Currys and was for a dvd recorder, £30 dearer than in Argos, but they wouldn't match the price on that dvd. Today was in...
